After dealing with the Chowdhury case, the tribunal then moved to continuing the cross examination of Sayedee’s investigation officer
Defence: What was the status of the 01 marked shop of Radhika Shaha in 1971.

Witness: It has not been mentioned in my note.

Defence: Who is the present owner of that shop?

Witness: Shomir Shaha, son of Radhika Shaha.

Defence: Whether the shop has been transferred?

Witness: It has not been mentioned in my note.

Defence: Whether the P1 marked Romoni Shaha’s shop has been marked at the sketch map.

Witness: No.

Defence: There are no shops within the O1 and Q1 marked shop.

Witness: Yes there is not.

Defence: You have mentioned the ‘R’ marked shop of Fokir Das as the Camp of Peace Committee.

Witness: Yes.

Defence: There is no shop in between the R and Q1 marked shops.

Witness: Yes.

Witness: The house of Salim Khan is 50-60 yards far from Hasina academy in south.

Witness: About it there is no information to me.

Witness: Yes.

Witness: I went there in date of 18-08-2010 sometime between 12:55pm to 22:00pm and I can’t refer the time certainly.

Defence: Where did you go at 12:55pm at first.

Witness: I was in Badura at 12:55pm.

Defence: When did you reach at Badura?

Witness: At 9:55am.

Defence: What did you do from 12:55 to 22:00.

Witness: I prepared sketch map, recorded the statement of witnesses and investigated the case. I recorded the statement of Manik posari, Mokhles posari, Md Sultan Ahmed, Chan Mia Posari and Abdul Jalil Shekh, and questioned Basudeb Misri primarly.

Defence: Did you meet with Manik posari and Mokhles posari before recording the statement.

Witness: Yes.

Defence: You went to Pirojpur in 18-08-2010 for investigation at first and were in circuit house in the morning.

Witness: Yes.

Defence: After that you went to Parerhat market in Pirojpur, then to the house of Salim khan at Badura, and then to house of Manik posari at Chitolia.

Witness: yes.

Defence: Son of Soifuddin Manik posari are 11 brothers and they are Manikposri(65), Kanchonposri(62), Chan Mia(60), Barekposari(58), Malak posari(45), Jahangir posari(47), Mannan posari(47), Nanna posari( 42), Alamgir posari(33), Panna posari(33), Tuku posri(25).

Defence: Did Manik posari’s 11 brothers live in different house?

Witness: Yes.

Defence: Did Soifuddin posari live with his son and daughter in the same house during liberation war 1971.

Witness: Yes.

Defence: Did the house in exhibition 45 marked by D and F, are build after liberation war.

Witness: Yes.

Defence: Was the house of Zahir Talukder marked by G in sketch map, built after the time of liberation war?

Witness: I can’t say it.

Witness: No.
