12 Aug 2012: Mir Quasem Ali progress

The tribunal started with an order being passed by the chairman in regards to Mir Kashem Ali’s case (summary below)

Accused Mir Kashen Ali has bot been yet produced before the Tribunal. There is no information from the prison authority as to the reasons. Dhaka City is rainy today this may be the cause. At least prison authority ought to inform us. It appears that investigation of the Mir Kashem Ali is going on smoothly and taking some more time to complete the investigation. Some more time will be given to the Investigation agency. Having perused the submission we inclined to some more investigation. During the passing of the Order accused is produced before the Tribunal. The prosecution is directed to complete the investigation on 27.09.2012.
