This page contains the links to testimony given by both prosecution and defense witnesses (unofficial, from detailed note-taking at the tribunal), prosecution and defense applications, arguments in the tribunal, along with a copy of all the written tribunal orders.

It however does not at present contain any notes of the proceedings after the end of the last defense witness on 23 Oct 2012. It therefore does not include notes of proceedings involving (a) closing arguments of both sides; (b) applications for retrial following the hacked skype disclosures or (c) the Judgement. These will be posted soon.

Notes of proceedings are based on detailed notes taken at the tribunal; they are intended to be neutral and objective detailed descriptions of the proceedings. They are not the official record, though many of the tribunal orders are direct copies of the original order.

There are also links at the end of the page to previously published posts containing analysis of the proceedings written prior to the final judgment. These are my own views and should not be confused with the day to day posts of proceedings.
