The prosecutor Haider Ali came to the dais and submitted an application concerning the position and status of the witnesses before the Tribunal in relation to Sayedee.

The prosecution has filed an application under section 19(2) of the ICT Act-1973; today copy has been served upon the learned accused counsels. Learned accused counsels want to reply to this petition. Considering submission of both sides, we fix 25th March for reply and it will also be heard of on that particular date.The tribunal then dealt with consideration of the charge framing application relating to Mujahid.
