Due to the Hartal, no accused was produced to the Tribunal from the Gazipur Central Zail and the defense counsels were not present at the Tribunal.
The chairman passed an order on the prosecution to provide police protection to the defense counsels if such a situation continued in the future. He mentioned in his order that some prosecution Counsels were seen to be walking in the tribunal premises but they did not enter into the court room.
