Witness: This is not true. I did not know Dhaka University Physical Center before liberation war.

Witness: Mahbubul Alam Chowdhury, Raisul Islam Chowdhury and Shahidul Islam Chowdhury.
Prosecution: Is Raisul Alam Chowdhury , son of Dola Mia Chowdhury , alive?

Witness: This is not true. They were not involved with the politics of Chatra Sango.

Prosecution: Daughters of Pir Shaheb got married with the members of Jamaat supported family, is it true?
Witness: This is not true. One of his daughters Mina got married with retired L.G.D Engineer Abdul Gaffar who is commander of freedom fighters in an area.
Prosecution: No one in the name of J.C.O Mofizur Rahman gave or took training of freedom fight in your area and you said it for the reason of diplomacy, is it true?
Witness: This is not true.
Prosecution: Your elder brother and chairman of Bhasanchar Union Muinuddin Mollah is devoted worker of Jamaytee Islami, is it true?
Witness: This is not true. He is a supporter of Jamayte Islami as my brother.
Prosecution: Your brother Muinuddin has good relationship with U.N.O of your area, am I right?
Witness: He has relationship with U.N.O as Chairman.

Witness: Yes.

Witness: Probably during the month of January 1972, I was going before the Sadorpur Police Station, then police arrested me for some hours. After that Awami League president of our police station Shahjahan Talukder and Freedom fighter commander Lutfur Karim released me from police station.
Prosecution: Mirpur was under the possession of Pakistani army and local Bihari in your lead until 31 January 1971, after Mirpur being freed you fled to your village from Dhaka and then police arrested you, is it true?
Witness: This is not true.
Prosecution: You said untruly and for the reason of diplomacy that Awami League president of your police station Shahjahan Talukder and Freedom fighter commander Lutfur Karim released you from police station, is it true?
Witness: This is not true.
Prosecution: Your statement given about story of 23rd March 1971, is false and your self-created story, is it true?

Prosecution: Your statement of going of yours to the house of village from Dhaka on 11th or 12th March 1971, hearing of news by sitting in school field with all University students who came to village and, teachers and students of different schools and colleges, all those statements are false, is it true?

Prosecution: Statement of continuing training until 30 April or 1st March, closing training for some days after reaching Pakistani army at Faridpur and again starting training after some days, all those statements are false and your self- created story, is it true?

Witness: This is not true.
Prosecution: Wife of ex-member of Provincial Assembly late Advocate Mosarraf Hosan is a Member of Parliament at present, am I right?
Witness: I have heard it.
Prosecution: You had communication with Advocate Mosarraf Hosan and President of Sadorpur Awami League (vice-president said by prosecutor) Shahjahan Talukder during liberation war, this statement of yours is false, is it true?
Witness: This is not true.
Prosecution: You had joined in Byesrosi Shibsundori Academy in October 1969 as a teacher and were until 30th April 1970, am I right?
Witness: No. I had joined Byesrosi Shibsundori Academy in August 1968 and was there until December 1969.
Prosecution: Your statement that you had gone to your village–house in March 1971 and stayed there until 1972, is false and your self-created story, is it true?
Witness: This is not true.
Prosecution: You had stayed in Dhaka during full time of liberation war and committed crimes against humanity described in charge in Mirpur collaborated with Pakistani army and Biharies, is it true?
Witness: This is not true.

The tribunal continued with the cross examination of the first defense witness in the Mollah case, which was the accused himself (following on from the previous day)
