At the start of the tribunal the defense counsel for Mollah, Tajul Islam said that today
is fixed for examination of defense witness but no defense witness is present today as his family member
is sick. He said that we can provide witnesses on Sunday. (see previous day's hearing)
Prosecution counsel objected.
Tribunal then ruled that the defense must bring witnesses on on 2nd, 3rd
and 4th and no adjournments would be allowed.
