Justice Zaheer Ahmed resigned on the previous day, supposedly for health reasons.
His chair was therefore vacant, and at the same time Justice Anwarul Huq was absent on his personal ground, so only the Chairman was present on 29th August, 2012.
The defence prayed for an adjournment till the next Sunday and the Chairman has granted the prayer.
